INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS
Always disconnect the power supply before installation. Read the instructions before installation. Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. The product is designed for wall or ceiling mounting. The electrical connection must be made using the built-in terminal block. To ensure the specified IP protection rating, the diameter of the power cable must fit tightly into the sealing grommets. Before first use, check that the product is properly mechanically secured and that all connections are correct. The product may only be used in an electrical network that meets the power requirements and quality standards established by applicable legislation.
Attention! The product supports group through-wiring. When connected in series (as a group), the maximum total load of each group is 1000 W, provided that a wire with a cross-sectional area of at least 1.5mm² is used. The minimum distance between two lights must be 3 meters to prevent interference between the motion sensors.
CONNECTION MODES
1) "ALWAYS OFF" mode: when mains power is available, the light remains switched off. In the event of a power failure, the light switches to emergency mode and remains on until the battery is fully discharged. In this configuration, only the emergency function is used; the main light does not operate. This mode is ideal for emergency exits, stairways, and evacuation routes.
2) "ALWAYS ON" mode: the light remains continuously on while mains power is available. In the event of a power failure, the light switches to emergency mode and remains on until the battery is fully discharged. Thus, the light provides continuous illumination as well as emergency lighting during power outages. This mode is ideal for garages, public areas, corridors, and other spaces where continuous lighting is required.
3) Switch-controlled mode: the main light can be controlled using a wall switch. In the event of a power failure, emergency mode is activated automatically, and the battery is charged regardless of the position of the switch. This mode is ideal for living rooms, offices, and other spaces where lighting is controlled by a wall switch.
LEVER SETTINGS
Lever №1. Operating Mode Settings
Position 1 – Normal mode: the light operates continuously. Switching the light on and off is controlled by the main switch.
Position 2 – 24-hour motion sensor mode: the light switches on automatically when the sensor detects motion during the day or at night and switches off after the preset time if no further motion is detected.
Position 3 – Night-time motion sensor mode: the light switches on automatically when motion is detected only at night (<30 lx) and switches off after the preset time if no further motion is detected.
Lever №2. Motion Sensor Time-Delay Settings
Position 1 – 30 seconds
Position 2 – 60 seconds
Position 3 – 180 seconds
Lever №3. Color Temperature Settings
Position 1 – 2700K (warm light)
Position 2 – 3000K (warm light)
Position 3 – 4000K (neutral white light)
Position 4 – 5000K (daylight)
Position 5 – 6500K (cold daylight)
Lever №4. Power Settings
Position 1 – 30W
Position 2 – 25W
Position 3 – 15W
Note: The above settings apply only to the main lighting. When emergency lighting mode is active, all of the above settings are disabled.
INDICATOR OPERATION
The indicator remains on when mains power is available and switches off when emergency mode is active:
- The indicator is continuously green: the battery is fully charged.
- The indicator is continuously red: the battery is charging.
- The indicator flashes yellow: battery fault.
- The indicator is off: the light is operating in emergency mode.
EMERGENCY MODE FUNCTION TEST
The light is equipped with a touch-sensitive “TEST” button located on the housing for checking proper emergency mode operation.
Press the test button once to activate the emergency mode test. The light will operate in emergency mode for approximately 5 seconds. The indicator remains off during the test. If a fault is detected, the yellow indicator will flash to signal an abnormal condition.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT
The product is equipped with replaceable rechargeable batteries. If you notice that the batteries have degraded over time, they can be replaced. Used batteries may only be replaced with batteries of the same type. To replace the batteries, follow these steps:
a) Remove the diffuser.
b) Remove the screws securing the transparent protective cover and remove the cover.
c) Insert the new batteries according to the (+/-) polarity diagram shown near the battery compartment. d) Reinstall the transparent cover and secure it with the appropriate screws.
